The concept becomes a concrete working plan: a shooting team gathers around it, where each department operates under the coordination of the Project Manager.
The Director and DOP are selected, along with the artistic talents, shooting locations and production equipment. We make a decision regarding costumes and make-up, and we establish the plan for crew and equipment transportation to and between shooting locations.
We are convinced that the success of any video production rests primarily on organizational capacity: this is why why we are constantly concerned that each member of our team knows their tasks very well and has the right answer for any challenge that may arise.

The video editing process is like an alchemy of imagery, where disparate sound and image sequences merge and overlap, giving rise to the final product.
The video editor initially works on a raw editing version, which addresses the overall stream of the video. Then come fine adjustments, color and sound corrections, sequence transitions, overlapping music and narrator voice, textual and animated graphics, as the case may be.
